A Season Of Bliss
Rest easy my friends, we've come from far,
To be the electric saints who've raised the bar.
Fraternity is a fleet and solitude a lone, serene car,
Love this life and see through your scars.
Dedicate yourself to the cause as the cat tends to its fur,
Striving is an implacable clarity and greatness is a blur.
Ostensibly so the chosen can appreciate the lull,
Life is about values and indifference is null.
Treasure your freedom and damn the traitor,
What is life when joy is beyond or later?
Strive for your crown and shun the hater,
Injustice injures and man himself is the abater.
Suffering is a cup and none will drink,
Bigotry is a rot with a pungent stink.
Who will run to help when dishonesty sinks?
Oddly enough, mankind is a race that wishes and thinks.
Our voice is important; speak your mind,
Loving is knowing; the callous are blind.
The soul bleeds from solitude and this blood is one of a kind,
Accept collectivism for the worst is behind.
Ideas endear and courage endures,
Life is sacred and tolerance ensures,
Love your neighbour; to do so is to insure,
Everything is permitted and division is impure.
I feel the love as I get to the beach,
My color is love and nothing will bleach.
Man perpetuates tyranny, each and every breach,
The kingdom of love is within our simple reach.
Some will colonise and some will preach,
Some will agitate and those capable wiil impeach.
Nature is perfect and materialism is a leech,
Life is a miracle with something for each.
Stay away from a morality that's lazy and crass,
Give honestly of the wealth you amass.
Think of the poor as you reach for your glass,
Keep your head up and save that mass.
At each successive moment we can be more or less,
Strive to prosper; conquer and bless,
Change the world; injustice firmly address,
Dont be sunk by what you confess.
