Living Deliberately
This Our Land
Sell not God's revelation for an abject price,
Remember our Lord is perfectly mighty and wise,
Chart a path and refrain from playing dice,
The wicked ceaselessly make the meek play cats and mice,
Subdued on your own land by trickery and strife,
Domesticated beasts they think of your child and wife,
The initiated know there is nothing like an easy life,
The blade of submission cuts through your soul like a knife,
Animosity and violence are boiling and rife,
They hooked on money like bees to a hive,
In the bottomless pit of excess they impulsively dive,
Stories of destitution everyday streamed live,
To earn respect you must confidently strive,
Life is a scale; God is prevalent and the pious man is five,
Life is a maze; you must submit to survive,
Submission to God, anything else is vice,
To hell and illusions they shamelessly invite,
Forbid the wrong and enjoin the right,
Storm down corruption whether black or white,
Remember in your battles that God has the might,
Deliver your soul from the darknesses and into the light,
Conquest on Earth must be a marvellous sight,
Return to milk and honey and reject the blight,
Let prayer be your day and meditation your night.
The Will To Power
On ways and works I ponder disturbed,
Mass misfortune,
Only for the righteous is victory reserved,
Do I make the cut...We are what we deserve,
I live everyday trying to escape from love,
Waiting for guidance and support from above,
My soul and mind neat and elegant like a dove,
The Highway to Heaven is sleek and suave,
No time to fret for what we didnt have,
If life is a puzzle we have it in a map,
Holding firm and learning, no time for a nap,
Sanctions on the wicked I instantly slap,
They come with slogans and trickery printed on a cap,
Mischief and misunderstanding turn wise men to saps,
Our uniqueness and energy they seek to zap,
Living on peanuts turns life into a heart-rending lap,
Your youth and compassion soulless devils seek to tap,
Utterly evil, their curses and your blessing they seek to swap,
In pits of crime they keep boys trapped,
Between the poor and rich horrendous gap,
About idols everywhere, everyday they yap,
Yet him whom God guides, that guidance none can out-flank.
